Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or different product from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We also offer size and color exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please provide your order number and clear pictures/videos of the product when requesting a return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges are subject to approval after inspection of the product. Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags and packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.
For an approved exchange, the replacement product will be provided subject to availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss the available options.
For approved refunds, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable
